Following is the official notice issued by the Registrar's Office. Please inform all your friends about it. I don't know why this notice has been served after taking teaching evaluation manually already. Supposedly, those evaluations will not be considered. So, please do it again online even if you have done it earlier. This is very important. All registered students must do this, otherwise you may be in trouble getting advised for the next semester.

Online Teaching Evaluation: Fall 2013
This is for information of
all registered students that the Online Teaching Evaluation of Fall 2013 will
begin as per the following Schedule:
Begins on: Sunday, 19 January
2014
Ends on: Thursday, 23 January
2014
Room:
Database Lab - SAC510, All other ISD Labs
Time: 8:00AM to
9:00PM.
Please note that, Teaching
Evaluation is mandatory for all registered students.
Date will NOT BE EXTENDED
after 23 January 2014.
